More Than a Career. A Calling.
For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping build roads, bridges, teams, and careers.
But somewhere along the way, I realized the most important thing I've ever helped build isn't made of concrete.
It's belief.
Belief that someone belongs.
Belief that they're capable.
Belief that they can become something they never imagined.
That belief has shaped every workforce initiative I've helped launch, every leadership program I've helped build, and every stage I've been honored to stand on.

WHERE IT BEGAN..
I didn’t plan a career in construction.
I was looking for a future.
I entered the construction industry as a young mother looking for stability—not a calling.
At the time, I didn’t have a college degree. I didn’t have a carefully mapped-out career plan. And I certainly didn’t imagine that construction would become the place where I would spend more than three decades learning, leading, and helping others grow.
I started in an administrative role and learned the industry one opportunity at a time.
As my responsibilities grew, so did my confidence.
I discovered that leadership wasn't reserved for people with the right title, background, or credentials.
It belonged to people willing to learn, step forward, and bring others with them.
Construction gave me more than a career.
It gave me purpose.
It also taught me something I'll never forget:
Someone believed in me before I fully believed in myself.
That belief changed my life.
Today, it's my privilege to help others discover what's possible in themselves—and to become that person for someone else.

The work I do is important.
But the people I do it with - and the people I do it for - matter even more.
My favorite moments rarely happen under the spotlight.
They happen in conversations after a keynote when someone says, "I finally believe I can do this."
They happen on a jobsite when a young employee speaks up for the first time.
They happen in a classroom when a student realizes construction isn't just a career—it could be their career.
And they happen around the dinner table with my family, who remind me every day why building people matters just as much as building projects.
Because at the end of the day, I don't measure success by how many stages I've stood on.
I measure it by the people who leave believing in themselves a little more than when we first met.
